The articles here can be a little braod in scope sometimes b/c I enjoy examining issues and events in the real estate industry as a whole, but I also dive into technical issues by the nature of my job.

I’m a 20 year IT worker who has worked for software companies, DoD contractors, MSPs, and real estate brokerages.  I’ve spent the last 14 years in the real estate industry specifically, but my role has changed over the years.

The brokerage I work for has multiple divisions spanning several verticals in the real estate industry, so you’re just as likely to see something about residential sales as you are about multifamily or vacation rental management.
